Fulfillment, Shipping & Tracking

FRVR HER

We know waiting on an order can feel like the longest part. Here's a real, honest look at how your Frvr Her order gets made, packed, and sent your way, so you always know what to expect.

By placing an order with us, you're agreeing to what's outlined below.

1. Business Days & Holidays

Our team works Monday through Friday, and we take the standard U.S. federal holidays off, just like most everyone else. When you're counting out your fulfillment window, weekends and the holidays below don't count as business days:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

2. How Fulfillment Works

Nothing ships until it's been made, checked, and packed with care. How long that takes depends on what you ordered.

Everyday Catalog Pieces

These are pulled from our standard color and texture matrix. Here's the general timeline:

  • Day 0 to 1: your order is confirmed and enters our queue
  • Day 2 to 5: your piece is prepared and quality checked
  • Day 5 to 7: your order is packed and shipped

Most everyday pieces ship within 7 business days of your order date.

Custom & Statement Drop Pieces

Anything customized, or anything from a limited statement drop, takes a little longer since it's built specifically around your order:

  • Day 0 to 1: order confirmed, payment verified
  • Day 2 to 6: your specifications are prepared and your materials sourced
  • Day 7 to 12: your piece is built and styled by hand
  • Day 13 to 15: final inspection, packing, and shipment

Custom pieces typically ship within 15 business days. We know that's a wait, and we think it's worth it.

3. Delivery Estimates

Your fulfillment window (the time it takes us to build and prepare your order) and your delivery window (the time it takes the carrier to get it to you) are two separate clocks. To estimate your total wait, take the end of your fulfillment window and add your carrier's transit time, shown at checkout.

A few things that can shift your delivery date once your order ships:

  • The shipping method you chose at checkout
  • How far you are from our Georgia facility
  • Weather, holidays, or carrier volume, all things outside our control

We can't promise an exact delivery date, but your tracking link will give you the most accurate estimate once your package is scanned in.

4. Rush Orders

We already move as quickly as we can on every order, so we're not able to shorten the build time on standard or custom pieces. What you can do is upgrade your shipping speed at checkout for faster transit once your order leaves us.

For custom pieces, a limited rush option is sometimes available depending on our current workload. If you need something sooner, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know honestly whether it's possible. When it is, a $75 rush fee applies to help us prioritize your build.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

You'll hear from us at each meaningful step, without needing to check in yourself:

  • An order confirmation right after checkout, with your estimated fulfillment window
  • A short note within a day or so, letting you know your order's in motion
  • A shipping confirmation the day your order ships, with your tracking link

Give tracking 24 to 48 hours to update once your package is scanned by the carrier. If we ever run behind on a timeline we've already given you, we'll reach out proactively, you shouldn't have to wonder.

6. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship domestic orders primarily through USPS and UPS, both fully tracked from the moment they leave our hands. Your shipping cost and available speeds are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

7. If Your Order Runs Behind

Most orders ship right on schedule, but every so often, things like high order volume, holidays, weather, or a hiccup with a supplier can push a timeline back. If that happens to your order, we'll let you know by email as soon as we do. No news from us means you're still right on track.

If your tracking looks stalled once it's shipped, give it 2 to 3 business days, packages often pick back up on their own. After that, reach out to us and we'll help you look into it with the carrier directly.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We package every order carefully, and once it's handed to the carrier, they take on responsibility for getting it to you safely. If a package is marked delivered but you never received it, or arrives visibly damaged, we're genuinely sorry, and we want to help sort it out.

At checkout, you'll have the option to add shipping protection for a small fee. With it, we can quickly replace or refund a lost, stolen, or damaged package, no long back and forth required. Without it, we're still happy to help you file a claim with the carrier, though replacement isn't guaranteed on our end once a package has left our hands.

9. Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address before checking out. Once an order is placed, we're not able to edit the address directly on our end, since it's verified with our carrier and payment processor for everyone's protection.

If you catch a mistake quickly, reach out within 12 hours and we can cancel the order and issue store credit so you can reorder with the correct address. After that window, or once your order has shipped, you can manage delivery directly through your carrier's redelivery or hold-for-pickup options.

10. International Shipping

We're glad to ship outside the U.S. Available international methods, costs, and estimated transit times will show at checkout based on your location. A couple of honest notes:

  • Tracking detail can vary once your package reaches your local postal service
  • Customs processing is handled by your country's border agency and can add time beyond our estimate
  • Some countries may ask for extra documentation before releasing your package

11. Duties, Fees & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees set by your country, and these aren't included in your order total at checkout. Payment of these charges is the customer's responsibility, and in most cases your local customs office will require payment before releasing your package.

If duties or taxes go unpaid, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or forfeited by customs, and we're not able to cover those costs on your behalf. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering, so nothing catches you off guard.
